We use a service called z-inspector that goes through every room in the house, documenting every square foot before tenant move-in and after move-out. Every time a maintenance request is made we perform a quick inspection to ensure no lease violations, and we conduct annual inspections to ensure all rules are being followed.
We carefully screen every applicant to ensure quality tenants. Each adult must have a minimum credit score of 700, and together applicants must show proof of income totaling at least three times the monthly rent. This helps protect your investment and maintain stability.
